More and more, the current world is echoing the past -- perhaps I've been watching too much Deadwood. These epistles, one from John Mackey, co-founder and CEO of Whole Foods Market, in which he tries to scold (though with a certain degree of respect) Michael Pollan for having spanked Whole Foods throughout Omnivore's Dilemma, and Pollan's riposte, I would like to hear read with the Ken Burns effect turned on.
