Whenever I eat a big meal, I sometimes imagine the whole contents of the plate(s) inside my stomach. Then I'm always amazed at my metabolism. (Sorry, that's just how my body is. Someday I will all of a sudden explode into a corpulent blob.)
Don't know how I found this site (at first I thought "Becks and Posh" was a reference to David Beckham and Posh Spice -- who are, as you know, are coming to America) -- but apparently it's cockney slang for "nosh" which is slang for "food". Anyways, this cute couple started a food blog and Sam photographed what she ate for a whole week (imagine doing this before digital cameras) and was soon joined by a whole raft of others e-sharing the contents of their gullets. Yum!
