Diner in the Dark

I just heard a piece on NPR about this restaurant in Zurich, an idea I'd thought about at one point. It's called Blindekuh (Blind Cow). You eat in the dark and are served by blind/visually impaired waitstaff. The manager/cook in me wonders if they meet health regulations. The hedonist in me wonders how sexy it is to blindfold the eating experience and taste with other senses.
